Richard Lowe
President
Richard holds a MSc in International Sales & Strategic Marketing and has 25 years’ experience in international business, most of which is in the manufacturing segment. He has occupied senior roles in the UK, China and North America addressing high integrity segments such as aerospace, IGT and energy among others.
Richard joined WR in 2016. Richard enjoys several sports including football, cycling, running and yoga and holds a British Wheel of Yoga Foundation qualification.
Raymond Wray
Vice President
Employed with the company since 1982, Raymond has extensive experience in high-purity materials.
Raymond received an undergraduate degree in Science, Accounting, and Finance and followed it up with an MBA from the University of Toronto. He has 40 years’ experience in global business development specializing in high-purity chemicals and metals used mainly in the fiber optic and semiconductor industries selling to firms such as Corning, Texas Instruments, Alcatel, and Schott. He joined Amalgamet Canada in 1982. Raymond continues to play Tennis, Ice Hockey, and slow-pitch baseball.
Manfred Naujoks
Vice President
Employed with the company since 1996, Manfred’s experience and expertise is in marketing products to the steel and metals industry
Nestor Sanajko
Trader, Recycled Metals
Nestor studied and achieved a BSc in Environmental Science and later in his career also completed an MBA. He has 15 years’ experience in global business development, including the trading and recycling of batteries, electronics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals. He joined William Roland Americas in 2022.
Nestor is a beekeeper, the Chair and President of a local not-for-profit youth group and enjoys several sports including soccer, golf and skiing.
Alim Ali
Financial Controller
Employed with the company since 1988, Alim’s qualifications include CPA, CMA, BSc. (Industrial Management)
Lisa Sun
Logistics Manager
Employed with the company since 2001, Lisa is experienced in logistics, hazardous cargo movement, as well as customs and transportation regulations.
Lisa holds a BComm Degree in Marketing and Communications with certification in the handling of dangerous goods. Lisa started with Amalgamet in 2001 and progressed through various roles to be the Logistics Manager handling transportation and warehousing with a goal of providing excellent customer service and satisfaction. Lisa is an avid runner and has completed several marathons.
