Recycled Productsclosing the supply chain loop on Recycled Products
William Rowland Americas is a pillar of the circular economy with a resolution on sustainably closing the supply chain loop on secondary non-ferrous scrap metals, principally; superalloys.
William Rowland Americas procures and trades nickel- and cobalt-based alloys with diverse industrial manufacturers, investment casters, metal collectors, and processors. We look to ensure the metals are properly sorted, graded, and upgraded to be safely and sustainably reintroduced back into the supply chain for re-melting and utilization of new materials. William Rowland sells various recycled metals in a variety of forms such as loose turnings, solids, flashings, bar ends, pressed clean turnings in puck form (VIM quality), ingots, billets, pigs, and round bar.
Sustainability
William Rowland Americas closes the loop on the circular economy and allows organizations to lower their carbon footprint, reduce costs, and sustainably recycle their materials.
Recycled Products
The specialty material quality can meet different melt capabilities depending on the crystallization and forming requirements of the alloys such as Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM), Argon Oxygen Decarburization (AOD), Vacuum Arc Remelting (VAR), and Electroslag Remelting (ESR). The revert alloys return to be used in various industries including but not exclusive to aerospace, chemical, consumer electronics, defense, energy, gas, medical, nuclear, and mining.
Superalloys (Ni/Co Base)

Looking for a specialty alloy prepared in ingot or rod form to complete your specialty project?
William Rowland Americas LP prepares super alloys to your desired specification whether an airmelt or vacuum melt alloy ingot or rod. Each melt is lab tested to ensure tolerances and specifications are always met. Third party lab certifications may also be prepared.
Secondary washed or briquetted turnings
William Rowland Americas offers a washing line for super alloy turnings such as Inconel 625 and Inconel 718. Turnings are inspected, crushed, washed, dried and tested. They can then be pressed into briquettes or pucks to be re-introduced into vac melt furnaces. This process reduces the heavy costs of mined materials or furnace melted ingot; all while delivering on-spec material for customers.
